American actress Sara Rue. Her roles on Popular as Carmen Ferrara and Less than Perfect as Claude Casey are well-known. In 2011, she was host of The CW reality series Shedding for the Wedding. She was a regular character in the show comedy Rules of Engagement, in which she played Brenda who was a softball teammate and close friend of Jeff Bingham. Also, she had an ongoing role as Kim on the short-lived ABC sitcom Malibu Country, and appeared in the main cast of the TV Land comedy series Impastor. She is also known for her role in the character Olivia Caliban in the second season of the comedy series A Series of Unfortunate Events.Rue started her acting career at the age of nine years old, appearing in the film Rocket Gibraltar as Kevin Spacey's daughter. Rue was a young Roseanne in the first meeting of Roseanne and Dan at a dance on the show Roseanne.It was that she was announced in December of 2011, that Rue was writing and starring on a new show on The CW called Poseurs, about a young woman named Lucy who's life is disrupted when her boyfriend leaves and her fresh out of rehab collegiate best pal, Alexandra, moves in. They pretend to be a couple who are lesbians however, they are actually married and stay in their nice apartment.
