Kaya Rose Scodelario Davis (nee Humphrey) is an English actress. She is best known for her performances in Effy Stonem's E4 teen drama Skins (2007–2010, 2013) as well as Teresa's Maze Runner movie series (2014-2018). The other roles she has played include Catherine Earnshaw's Wuthering Heights (2011) role, Carina Smyth's in Pirates of the Caribbean in the Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) role, Carole Ann Boone's in Extremely Wicked Shockingly Evil, Vile (2019) and Haley Keller's in Crawl (2019), Katarina Bakker's in Crawl (2021) and Claire Redfield's in Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City (2021). Scodelario stated that she wanted to help, but did not know how to do it and moved to the apartment in Camden.In 2007 when she was 14 and lacking any prior acting experience, Scodelario was cast in the initial series of Skins as Effy Stonem.
