Jennifer Hudson

 Jennifer Kate Hudson, also known as J.Hud (born September 12, 1981), is an American singer, actress, and talk-show host. She has received numerous awards for her work in television, film as well as theater and recorded music throughout her career. Hudson became the youngest and the only African-American woman to receive all four of the major American entertainment awards: Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony (EGOT). In addition, she was awarded an award on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2013. Time declared her one of the 100 most influential people globally in 2020. She rose to fame when she was a finalist on American Idol's third season in 2004, when she was seventh. In 2006 she made her film debut with Dreamgirls as Effie white in the musical Dreamgirls. She won the Academy Award in Best Supporting Actress for the film, and became the youngest African-American winner of a competition acting category.
