Zoe McLellan, born November 6, 1974, is an American actress who is best well-known for her performances in JAG and Dirty Sexy Money. She also appeared on NCIS: New Orleans, Designated Survivor, and JAG. As of September 20, 2022 the warrant for her arrest against her is in place since May 2021 for kidnapping, child theft and custody deprivation; she and her son, who was seven years old at the time, haven't seen since the year 2019 and she last updated her social media profiles in September 2020.McLellan married actor J. P. Gillain in February 2012 and was blessed with a son, Sebastian in the year 2013. McLellan filed for custody of their son after Gillain and McLellan separated in 2014. Following a custody dispute, Gillain went to court to ask McLellan's custody over their son. Gillain had left Los Angeles for New Orleans to take McLellan's son. The couple reached an agreement prior to the judge could take the decision. In 2016 their divorce was finally finalized. McLellan began a fund-raising campaign on FundRazr in which she alleged Gillain of sexual misconduct towards her son. When Gillain was arrested for first-degree rape as well as aggravated crime against nature against their son in the month of January 2020 but the charges were thrown out because of insufficient evidence in May 2020.
