Yvonne Joyce Craig, May 16 1937 - August 17 May 16, 1937 - August 17, May 16, 1937 - August 17. She was an American actor. Her most memorable roles include Azalea Tatum's in the 1964 film Kissin' Cousins and as Batgirl in the 1960s' TV series Batman. Other notable roles include the film of Dorothy Johnson in 1963 It Happened at the World's Fair, Azalea Tuchum's film Kissin' Cousins from 1964 and Orion Marta's green-skinned character in the Star Trek episode "Whom Gods Destruction" (1969). The actress was also in the episode from 1958 of the TV show Perry Mason ("The Case of the Lazy Lover") with Neil Hamilton who played her stepfather. Hamilton later played the father of the Police Commissioner in Batgirl's story, James Gordon. She was in three films following the show, which included The Young Land, The Gene Krupa Story and Gidget (all 1959) as well as appeared in the TV series Mr. Lucky, as Beverly Mills, in the episode "Little Miss Wow" Also in 1959. Craig was seen in the film with Bing Crosby (1960) as also in Seven Women from Hell (1961) in which she was portrayed by Cesar Romero. In 1962, she was a guest in the Western Laramie episode "The Long Road back". Craig played an exotic Arabian dancer in the role of an Navy nurse in McHale's Navy ("Pumpkin takes over") as well as an episode from The Big Valley (both aired in 1965). She was also featured in the episode The Man from U.N.C.L.E. in the same year.
