Sean Patrick Hannity (born December 30, 1961) is an American talk host, conservative political commentator, and an author. Hannity is host of The Sean Hannity Show on national radio. Hannity also hosts a Fox News commentary program called Hannity. Hannity was a general contractor prior to becoming a talk show host on a volunteer basis at UC Santa Barbara. Then, he joined WVNN, Athens, Alabama and shortly thereafter, WGST, Atlanta. After leaving WGST and WABC, he was employed by WABC in New York until 2013. Since 2014, Hannity has worked at WOR.n 1996, Hannity and Alan Colmes hosted Hannity & Colmes on Fox. Hannity as well as Alan Colmes co-hosted Hannity & Colmes on Fox in 1996, following Colmes' departure. He has written three New York Times best-selling books called Let Freedom Ring: Winning the War of Liberty over Liberalism; Deliver Us from Evil: Defeating Terrorism, Despotism, and Liberalism as well as Conservative Victory:
