Nick Cannon

 Nicholas Scott Cannon (born October 8th in 1980) is an American television host, actor, rapper, and comedian. Cannon started his television career as a teenager with All That. He then became the host of The Nick Cannon Show and Wild 'n Out, America's Got Talent, Lip Sync Battle Shorties and The Masked Singer. Cannon appeared in the films Drumline and Love Don't cost a thing. Then he became the host of The Nick Cannon Show Wild 'n Out and America's Got Talent. He also hosted Lip Sync Battle Shorties, and The Masked Singer. In 2003, he debuted his self-titled debut album featuring the single "Gigolo", a collaboration with R. Kelly. He played the role in the film Goal II: Living the Dream of TJ Harper, an imaginary footballer. Cannon recorded "Dime Piece" in 2006 and "My Wife" on the album Stages. The album was not released. Cannon was raised mostly by his paternal grandfather who was also his father who called "dad". As a youngster, Cannon grew up in Lincoln Park's Bay Vista Housing Projects, which is a gang-friendly area of Southeast San Diego. Cannon was a part of the "Lincoln Park Bloods street gang" in his teens however, he later stated that he lost a friend and he decided to leave his affiliations.
