Natalie Dormer, born 11 February 1982 was an actress from the UK. British actress. Her awards include an Empire Award, and receiving nominations for the Critics' Choice Award, two Gemini Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards.Born in Reading, Berkshire, Dormer gained notoriety for her character of Anne Boleyn in the Showtime series The Tudors (2007-08), which earned her widespread praise. In Sweet Nothings (2010), she made her stage debut and she also played the Duchess of York in Madonna's W.E. Private Lorraine in Captain America the First Avenger (2011). (2011) and Private Lorraine in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). She also portrayed Irene Adler/Moriarty in the CBS series Elementary (2013-15) and Sara Price/Jess price (2016, 2017) as well as Onica in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (2019). The actress was recognized for her leading role in the miniseries Penny Dreadful: City of Angels (2020).
