Martha Higareda

 Martha Elba Guadalupe Higareda Cervantes (Spanish pronunciation: ['marta iga'rena]) (born August 24, 1983) is a Mexican actress, producer and screenwriter.Higareda was born in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico, the daughter of actress Martha Cervantes and artist and therapist Jose Luis Higareda, and sister of actress Miriam Higareda. She began performing on the stage at an early age, and also dancing jazz, flamenco folklore, tap and flamenco. When she was 14, she moved to Mexico City from her native Tabasco to pursue a career in acting. Her first experience was in the theater performing in various plays including "Little Women" and "Don Juan. "Being an advanced student she entered College at a later date, around 15 years old; studying Communication at El Tecnologico de Monterrey. The first thing in the morning, she'd attend college, and at night, she was at an acting school. Also, she performed in theater on weekends. Her sister and mother then moved to Mexico City, where she went to acting school. She made her debut TV debut as anchor hostess on Disney Channel's Zapping Zone
