Nicole Evangeline Lilly, a Canadian actress and author was born on 3 August 1979. She has been awarded numerous awards such as the MTV Movie Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award. There are also nominations for the Golden Globe Award. She was a part of The Hurt Locker (2008), which won an Academy Award. In 2011, she was also featured in the science fiction film Real Steel (2011). Lilly is also the writer of a children's book series, The Squickerwonkers (2013-present).Lilly starred in the role of Tauriel in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit film series, being featured in The Desolation of Smaug (2013) and The Battle of the Five Armies (2014). In the film Ant-Man (2015) her last film, she has been playing the role of Wasp in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
