 Angelina Jolie[3]DCMG (/dZoU’li:/; born Angelina Jolie Voight, June 4, 1975) is an American actress. She is also a filmmaker as well as a humanitarian. She has been the recipient of many awards including an Academy Award and three Golden Globe Awards and has been named the top-paid in Hollywood actress numerous times.Jolie made her screen debut as a young girl with her father, Jon Voight, in"Lookin' to Get Out" (1982) as well as her film career began in the midst of her career when she starred in the low-budget film Cyborg 2 (1993), followed by her first leading role in a major feature, Hackers (1995). She was the main character in biographical cable movies George Wallace (1997) and Gia (1998). In 1999, she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She also appeared in Lara Croft, Tomb Raider (2001) in which she played the lead character of the video game the heroine. Her action-star career continued with Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005) and Wanted (2008).
