 Beauty Point is an upscale community in Mosman in the suburbs of Sydney, Australia. It is also home to six homes belonging a mysterious billionaire of 32 years old known as Zhang Bo. A recently published Daily Mail report states that Zhang purchased all six properties over the past two and a half years. The first property was purchased for $6.2 million in June of 2017. The latest purchase was completed on the 21st of October, 2017. He paid just $3 million on his latest acquisition. He's spent a total of $37 million on these properties and no one is able to pinpoint the reason since they've been mostly vacant since he purchased them.No one knows why Zhang bought these properties so all in one location, but one thing that is known about him is that he emigrated from China to Australia from China's Guangdong Province, and now has Australian citizenship. It's not clear what he does with his time.
