Ray J

 William Ray Norwood Jr. (born January 17, 1981) also known professionally as Ray J, is an American actor, performer, and television personality. Born in McComb, Mississippi, and was raised in Carson, California, he is the younger brother of recording artist and actress Brandy Norwood. He is also the first cousin of rapper Snoop Dogg. In January 2017, he competed in the nineteenth season of the UK reality show Celebrity Big Brother.William Ray Norwood Jr. was born in McComb, Mississippi to Willie Norwood and Sonja Bates-Norwood. His older sister Brandy is a multi-platinum recording artist. He relocated from McComb, Mississippi, to Los Angeles, California with his family early in his life. In 1989, he began to appear in commercials on television for different organizations. At eight years old, Norwood started auditioning for television commercials. He played the role of the foster child on The Sinbad Show from 1993 to 1994. Norwood would make his acting debut during this period of his life.
