Phil Mickelson

  Lefty is an American professional golfer, born on June 16, 1970. He has been the winner of 45 tournaments on the PGA Tour, including six major championships: three Masters titles (2004, 2006, 2010) Two PGA Championships (2005, 2021) and the Open Championship (2013).With his win at the 2021 PGA Championship, Mickelson became the oldest major championship winner in history at the age of 50 years eleven months and seven days.Mickelson is among 17 players in the history of golf to have won at minimum three of the four majors.He has been a winner of every major other than the U.S. Open, in which he has finished runner-up at a record number of times. In 2022, Mickelson became the only golfer to have won three (or more) of the four major championships to be a part of the Saudi-backed LIV Golf tour, leaving the long-running PGA Tour membership of 30 years.Mickelson has spent more than 25 years in the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking.
