Pauley Perrette

 Pauley Perrette, born March 27, 1969 is an American performer and actress. She played Abby Sciuto in the television show NCIS from 2003 until 2018.Perrette has worked in television and film, mostly doing commercials, voice-oversand music videos and short films. She worked as a bartender in New York City. A acquaintance introduced her to an agency director during her time in New York. The director subsequently encouraged her to move to Los Angeles, where she played a variety of roles and also made a few guest appearances. She was waitress at Cafe Nervosa in the sitcom Frasier during season four (in the episode "Three Dates and a Break Up") as well as was a guest on the first season of 24. She has made appearances in numerous films, including The Ring and Almost Famous.In 2001, she was a regular character, introduced in season 2 of Special Unit 2, she played Alice Cramer, the Unit's public relations person. She got her most well-known part, playing Abby Sciuto, an eccentric forensic scientist, in NCIS, a television series based on the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
