Kate Capshaw

 Kathleen Sue Spielberg (nee Nail born on 3 November 1953) is professionally known as Kate Capshaw, is an American retired actress. Her most well-known role is her portrayal of Willie Scott, an American nightclub singer and performer in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), directed by her husband Steven Spielberg. She has starred in Dreamscape (1984), Power(1986), SpaceCamp (1986), Black Rain(89), Love Affair (94), Just Cause (1995), The Love Letter (1999) and Power (1986). Capshaw's portraiture work was shown in the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. She moved to New York City to fulfill her acting dream and was cast in her first film on The Edge of Night. After an audition for a minor part in A Little Sex she was given the role of the lead lady. That was when Capshaw requested to be removed from The Edge of Night. After her appearance in Dreamscape (1984) in which she was directed by Armyan Bernstein in Windy City. She met Steven Spielberg, her future husband.
