Jane Fonda

 Jane Seymour Fonda (born December 21 1937) is an American actress, activist, and former fashion model. Fonda is a film legend who has won numerous awards, including two Academy Awards and two British Academy Film Awards. Fonda has also received seven Golden Globe Awards, a Primetime Emmy Award and an AFI Life Achievement Award. Fonda's debut on screen was the romantic comedy Tall Story. She gained acclaim in the 1960s, with comedy films Period of Adjustment (1962), Sunday in New York (1963), Cat Ballou (1965), Barefoot in the Park (1967), and Barbarella (1968). Her first husband was Barbarella director Roger Vadim. They Shoot Horses, Don't They? The film, which was released in 1969, is a psychological drama. was Fonda's first drama role and earned her the first of her seven Academy Award nominations.
