Heather Deen Locklear, born on the 25th of September, 1961 is an American actress. She is best known for her part in Melrose Place (1993-1999), which earned her four consecutive Golden Globe nominations. She is also well-known for her appearance in the television show Dynasty as Sammy Jo Carrington from 1981 to 1989. It was her first television appearance. She was a regular character in the TV Land sitcom Hot in Cleveland as well as a major role on the TNT drama-comedy TV series Franklin and Bash in 2013. Her film credits include the science-fiction thriller Firestarter (1984) as well as the action-packed comedy Money Talks (1997), the live-action/animated comedy Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003) and the romantic comedy The Perfect Man (2005).
