Gordon Ramsay

 Gordon James Ramsay OBE (/'raemzi born on the 8th of November, 1966) is a British restaurateur, chef TV host and writer. His restaurant group, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, was established in 1997. It has been granted 17 Michelin stars across the board which is currently a total of seven. His signature restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, has held three Michelin stars since 2001. After rising to fame through the British television show Boiling Point in 1999, Ramsay became one of the most well-known and influential chefs of the United Kingdom.Ramsay's TV appearances are characterized by his bluntness and fiery temper, strict demeanour as well as his frequent use of profanity. He has a variety of roles in the television, film, hospitality as well as the food industry, and has promoted and employed various chefs who have apprenticed under his wing. He is well-known for his television programs on cooking and competition such as Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (2004), Hell's Kitchen (2004), Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (2014), and The F Word (2005-2010). Kitchen Nightmares won the British Academy Television Award for Best Film in 2005.
