Gal Gadot-Varsano (Hebrew Gadot-Varsano, Hebrew ga'dot]; born 30 April 1985) is an Israeli actress and model. At the age of 18 she was named Miss Israel 2004. After two years in the Israel Defense Forces as a instructor for combat exercise She continued her studies at IDC Herzliya and then reprised her role as Gisele Yashar in subsequent installments of The Fast Saga. Gadot was able to attain worldwide fame for her portrayal of Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe, including in Batman Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Batman Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Wonder Woman (2017) and Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021). Gadot is also in the Netflix comedy Red Notice (2021), and the mystery movie Death on the Nile (2022). She was named the "biggest Israeli star" by local media sources.
