Bridget Catherine Regan (born February 3, 1982) is an American actress known for portrayals like Kahlan Amnell in the television show Legend of the Seeker, Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner on White Collar, Rose Solano in Jane the Virgin and Dottie Underwood in Agent Carter. From 2016 until 2018, she portrayed Sasha Cooper in TNT's drama series The Last Ship. In 2013, she played the main character on the fifth season of USA Network's crime drama White Collar, as Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner. She briefly played the romantic interest for Neal Caffrey. The was the same year that she was cast in the series Beauty & the Beast for a multi-episode arc as Alex who was the ex-fiancee of Vincent Keller (Jay Ryan). Since the presence of her character created a love triangle that included Vincent as well as Catherine Chandler (Kristin Kreuk), this resulted in "rabid" animosity towards Alex as well as a series of unwelcome Twitter messages for Regan as well as fans who prefer Vincent be with Catherine.
