Alicia Silverstone

 Alicia Silverstone (/@lI'si:@/ @-li-SEE-@; born October 4 1976) is an American actress. She made her film debut in the thriller The Crush (1993), receiving the 1994 MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance, and was further recognized at the age of 16 as a popular teen idol when she was featured in Aerosmith's music video "Cryin'". In 1995, she played in the role of Cher Horowitz in Clueless (1995) which earned her a multimillion-dollar deal with Columbia Pictures. In 1997, she appeared in the big-budget superhero film Batman & Robin, playing Batgirl.Silverstone was awarded a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress - Television Series Musical or Comedy for her part in the film Miss Match, a short-lived NBC series Miss Match (2003). She continues to perform on television and in films as well as on stage.A vegan, Silverstone has endorsed PETA activities and has released two cookbooks: The Kind Diet (2009) and The Kind Mama (2014).Her first credited acting role was on The Wonder Years in 1992 during the episode "Road Test" as Kevin's high school "dream girl". Silverstone made her debut in film by securing the lead part in the erotic comedy The Crush, playing a teenage girl who sets out to take down the older man who rejects her;
