American actor Markie Post had a net worth of more than 12 million at the time of her death. Markie Post was best known for her role in "Night Court" and "The The Fall Guy." From 1982 to 1985, she played Terri Michaels, a bail bondswoman. She later played the public defender Christine Sullivan on the NBC sitcom "Night Court" from 1985 to 1992. From 1992 to 1995, she played Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in the CBS sitcom "Hearts Ablaze". Markie passed away on August 7 2021 aged 70 due to cancer.Markie Post was born Marjorie Armstrong Post on November 4 1950 in Palo Alto, California as the second child of poet Marylee and physicist Richard. She was raised in Walnut Creek and Stanford by her siblings. Post went to Las Lomas High School in the latter city. Post went on to Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and later, for a short period, was at Pomona College. Post was back at Lewis & Clark College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree.
